SINGLE MALTED BARLEY SPIRIT

Intense aromas of sweet apple and dried berries mixed with the spice of vanilla and a hint of cinnamon. The whole is complemented by the sweetness of toffee and orange zest. Harmonious taste of caramel and a strong mocha, plus the fruity component of wild berries and pickled pears in red wine as well as spicy ginger cookies. The finish is well-balanced and characterized by slightly bitter coffee and warming white pepper. A medium-long, gentle and soft finish.
